Whether you need a flat tire replaced or a battery jump-start, Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance will be there for you. If you are driving an eligible Mercedes-Benz vehicle and require assistance, simply contact Roadside Assistance by dialing the 800 number, utilizing the mobile app, or, if you have mbrace®, press the Wrench button. Before you know it, Mercedes-Benz personnel will be on their way to assist you at no charge.
In addition to providing tire replacements, jump-starting batteries, and providing emergency fuel, Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance also can arrange for your vehicle to be towed to the nearest Mercedes-Benz dealer at no charge in the event of an accident or mechanical issue. For basic assistance, such as a flat tire, dead battery, or running out of fuel, you can utilize the Mercedes-Benz 24-Hour Roadside Assistance Program to help you out when you need it the most*.
Is your Mercedes-Benz vehicle experiencing mechanical issues? If so, we will provide assistance and make sure it is towed to the nearest Mercedes-Benz Certified Collision Center**.
In the event that a technician is called upon for further repairs beyond the complimentary services, and the repair is not covered under any Mercedes-Benz warranty, service and parts charges may be assessed.
If vehicle issues have caused you to miss a part of your trip and your Mercedes-Benz is still covered under warranty, you can take advantage of Trip Interruption, which provides reimbursement for documented expenditures, including accommodations and meals, under these conditions:
- The breakdown occurs more than 100 miles from your home.
- The problem is covered by warranty and renders the vehicle inoperable or unsafe.
- Your vehicle remains overnight at an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership while repairs are being performed.
A Mercedes-Benz dealer will reimburse up to $300 per night*** for documented lodging, food, and related travel expenses for a maximum of three consecutive nights from when your vehicle was initially disabled.

For certain models (i.e., AMG) which have no spare tire, Roadside Assistance provides inflation of a flat tire after using the vehicle's TIREFIT puncture sealant.
